OK, for the past several months I have become obsessed with Astrology. And wait, side note…Why am I STILL up at 9 in the morning!? If anyone has some ambien they can just send on over to me, I will cherish you forever.
Back to the topic…so yeah, for real I have become pretty into astrology. I find myself biting my tongue when I meet people so I don’t sound cliche for asking them the dreaded “What’s your sign?” question. Actually, now I find myself GUESSING what their sign is and then they are amazed when I am usually right or scared and run the hell away from me. I have become so obsessed with it that I will read a person’s myspace, or facebook, or whatever page they have on the internet–and guess what their sign is, then hurry up and scroll down and check with excitement and anticipation to see if I got it right. Usually I do. And it freaks me the [f] out.
So OK…I know I don’t have any steady readers but I’d really be interested in people who don’t know me or know when my birthday is to try to GUESS what sign I am. Seriously, no cheating. I am aware I am on every corner of the internet world and this information would take 20 seconds to find out- but let’s make this a real challenge here. As for prizes–I don’t have any, but I hope a cyber hug will do!
I will probably delete this posting in 3 days after I realize nobody gives a crap.

Alright let me take a shot at this (I love astrology). You seem to be full of energy, since you mentioned you can’t sleep. Also, you mentioned that you are all over the internet, so I’m assuming you’re a little social bug as well, a friendly person. I see a link to a virtual bookshelf, which leads me to believe that you are an intellectual individual or might be attracted to intellectual people. There is also a sports link (looks like you are a Mets fan), I would say that you might be an athletic person or at least enjoy sports. Given what I’m assuming are your some of your traits, I’m going to guess that you might be an Aries. I see that you eyes stand out in your picture; they say that eyes are one of the body parts ruled by Aries. So did I get it right???

That gives me an idea… I’d like anyone to come across this posting to leave some basic information about themselves (interests, likes, dislikes,etc) and we can all guess what signs we all are. Might be fun. If people participate that is!

I see I’m still left in suspense. Gemini is actually my rising sign, pretty close. As for your idea, here are some of my interest: I like traveling, culture, dreaming, MUSIC, sarcasm, artistic/creative environments or people, being analytical & spontaneous, mystical things, passion, deep conversations, the ocean, reading, astrology, privacy, humor, intelligence, etc….
Dislikes: confinement, huge crowds, laziness, know-it-alls, being predictable, snobs, shallowness, etc…
So, can you guess my sign?

Pisces would be my first guess.
Then maybe either Cancer or Aquarius.

My very first guess was Aquarius but as I thought about it
–I changed it to Libra…the unpunished crime statement, being alone, etc.
I know it’s too late to guess your sign since you’ve revealed it… But just after I finished reading your blog I had guessed your sun sign. Beleive it or not, my guess was Aries…. How? You may ask! Read your blog. Count the number of I’s you have used in it. I didn’t mean wrong usages. But, even if the sentence could be framed in a different manner, you Aries guys frame it so that you can use I’s as many times as possible.
my 1st guess was correct but then i wondered to other signs . . . .for me, it seems easier to distinguish the fire and water signs for some reason. Does that happend to any one?. the air and earth signs i cant really id them, maybe becuase i, myself, belong to the fire signs
Damn. I coulda swore you were a gemini. Everything you said about loving to write along with the insomnia and guessing people’s signs right sounds much like myself (myself being a gemini). Including the dreading cliche of asking people the question coupled with freaking people out (including ourselves) in the process…
I usually have a 70 percent success rate in my guesses. Blast!

lol everytime i meet someone i am always wondering “ughhhh whats their sign?” super weird someone out there who is the same as me
fascinating. i’ve always wondered if there are people who can consistently beat the 1/12 odds when guessing someones sign. anything near 50% im sure is something special and surely proves there’s something in astrology?
you should try and come up with a few questions that you feel can give the best chance of guessing someones sign.
i recently posed this question on a forum i regularly post on. its full of sceptics. i’d love you to come on there and show them what you can do!
