I remember when I was a freshman at Fordham and Bush was elected I turned to my roommate and told her we are in for war on a massive scale. It was easy to predict Iraq but never did I think so many Americans would sit back idly while the government manipulates and distorts information. People are feeding into the bullshit (there’s no other word for it) and our civil liberties are slowly dissolving — and many are actually glad to let them go! For what? The sake of “national security”?

Hey, Daniela, I’ve been a fan of your blog since your first post (don’t mean to freak you out with the stalkerishness). I haven’t kept up-to-date with your posts in the past year or so, but I’m glad I stumbled upon here once again. Anyway, this one seemed somewhat lonely, what with no comments so far and it being published in January, so I figured I’d leave my first comment on your blog, if thats ok?
What you say is true, as always, and I’ve seen the video before, plus many others that are related, despite living in the UK. The fact is, the Government don’t really care if you guys see the vids or not. What I mean is, if you believe their 9/11 storey etc, then you believe anything and you’re in their control. However, if you don’t, you’ll probably fear them more, hate them more, but be in a position in which you can do very little about it.
I’m not sure what your current views on religon are, but yeah, sometimes it’s better to believe the lie. The less intelligent people of this world seem to end up happier, and probably more-intelligent in the long run as they don’t stress about truths, or possible truths out of their control.
Anyway, thanks for sharing your views here again, I’ll blogroll you just in case you decide to do so in the future.
